The Customer Service infobox now becomes the hub of all support activity. Redsigned to be a support portal within a box for Creating/Viewing tickets, FAQ links, Skype Chat buttons and Private Message alerts. A complete set of "Login Rules" have been applied to all areas of the CSMM pages/infobox consisting of the following scenarios: - System is "Fully Open" to all users, regardless of account or login status.
- System is "Login Only" for customer with accounts at your store.
- System is "Disabled" completely and not accessible to users.
