I sent an email with some questions about this add-on and got a response within minutes with detailed answers! After that was undoubtedly, the BEST support I've received yet with assistance in product installation and support afterwords!
The product itself is AWESOME and saves me a LOT of time updating orders! I just drop down the box of my shipping carrier, input the tracking number and I'm done! No more typing carrier names in the test box.. very simple and customers love the tracking LINK they get!

I purchased the forum integration contribution from Contribution Central. The product came with very detailed instructions. I must admit I am very much a novice at modifying websites and I ended up needing help. Contribution Central immediately offered help and fixed my installation mistakes and got it running smoothly.
That is not where the support ended for me. Once the contribution was running properly, I i discovered that I could benefit from a subtle change in functionality and offered to pay for help. Well Contribution Central went to work, made the mod and did not charge me! I think they even updated the contribution for all future users.
