The RMA Returns System for CRELoaded 6.2 has been developed by the osCommerce community and has now been ported to CRELoaded. Any online store selling physical products where goods are returned will need a capable and easy to manage framework to manage these returns. Handling this manually may be an option for very new or small store owners, nut once the volume increases beyond a few a month, the need arises to handle and keep track of many possible returns. The RMA Returns System allows returns to be initiated by either the store owner or the customer, as well as tracking the reason for the return, where the product is (i.e. in transit or received by vendor), the status of the refund and the deduction (if any) for re-stocking. _______________________________________________ Email Support is always available via support@contributioncentral.com at no charge.
